Four Exercises for Eye Health

Why do we neglect eye health? I do not think about eye movement at all. However, eye movement can be very profitable.

There are a few eye exercises that can help improve your eye health and make you a better life. Do the eyes tend to become easily congested? Do you feel pain sometimes? Can you feel the tension in your eyes? People who have been working long hours in front of a computer are struggling with these problems.

If you do not want to hurt your vision and want good eye health, you should exercise your eye. The eye exercises we introduce today are simple exercises that can be done everywhere, and there are many benefits to doing in daily life.

Eye movement for eye health

We introduce four kinds of eye movements that will help the eyes. There are only four of these, but you can apply various variations of each movement.

1. Blinking

If you work in front of a computer, eye movement is a very important exercise for your eyes to blink. "But I think I already blinked." It's true, but it did not flicker often enough.

A large concentration is required to sit in front of a computer and work. Therefore, it does not blink for a long time. This is something that would not have happened in other environments. So what should we do?
  • Blink very quickly: When you are at work and have a short break, try to blink your eyes very quickly. This will naturally soften your eyes. This exercise will not require any artificial tears.
  • Slowly blinking: This exercise helps to relax the eye. Close your eyes and stay there for a few seconds. Then I open my eyes. This operation is repeated.

2. Compressing the eyes

Do you remember the pranks of staring at your eyes when you were a child? It has been found that applying gentle pressure is also good for the eyes. This action relaxes your eyes and relieves your eyesight after a hard day of working hard at work.

How can this be done? Here are two ways to make your eyes very relaxed and noticeably relaxed.

  • Press your eyes with your palms: Place your palms on your eyes with gentle pressure. It is recommended that you warm your hands first by rubbing your hands and put your hands on your eyes for up to 2 minutes.
  • Press with your fingertip: As with a child, place your finger on your eye and gently press for a few seconds. Then take a break and do it again.

3. Move your eyes.

Moving is another exercise that is very effective for the health of the eyes. The eyes are always moving, but if you want to get a certain result, you have to move your eyes in a certain way.

You can relax your eyes and rest for a while with the following method.

  • Up and down: This is the first movement, looking up from the top. This operation may be a little difficult, so take it slow.
  • Left and right: The second movement is similar but from left to right and from left to right.
When doing this exercise, you may feel some pressure as you move your eyes with force. This is a good phenomenon. It will feel a lot of comfort when you relax and finish your workout.

4. From a distance to a far distance

The last movement of the eye health movement consists of the movement of the eye elastic movement. It can be of great help to people with myopia or primordia. It is recommended for people with these symptoms, even if the eye is not greatly overworked at work.

  • Far Focus: Look at things, people, or something that is far away. Then concentrate on where I started again.
  • Focus close: Do not focus on anything, but look around. Then focus on the near object. For example, a piece of dust, a small ant, or a small part of the skin in the fingernail.
All of these exercises help you relax your eyes, strengthen your eyesight, and sometimes make your eyes relaxed.

You can also do this exercise every break at work by creating a routine for eye movement.  Your vision will be well protected.
